Pancakes!
Alton Brown of Food network’s show Good Eats has the best pancake recipe. It’s a Saturday morning ritual here: I cook pancakes while listening to Car Talk. We end up with a bunch to freeze for the rest of the week.

Sunday morning is Dad-Makes-Pancakes time at our house, so I have to listen to WESun. Never thought to freeze any though– we scarf up the whole batch. Mother and son like theirs with embedded cinnamon chips; Daddy and his little girl prefer theirs unencumbered.
AB rulez. Haven’t tried his recipe per se, but did take his “don’t overbeat” theme to heart. I’m trying to enlighten my dad to that– he mixes his pancake batter in the blender to get that nice matzo consistency.
