nerves like nylon, nerves like steel

We took the girls to Circus Flora last night. This was their first time at a circus, and they LOVED it. Circus Flora is a small single-ring circus here in St. Louis which focuses more on theater and a show than spectacle. Kayleigh’s face was lit up for the whole performance. Laurel was a bit timid at first, but warmed up, and laughed through the entire dog act.

We had front row ringside seats for the performance, on a half-price deal for Tuesday night tickets. Even at full price, they would have been worth every penny.
