		<description>I sympathize.  Had all four of mine out a couple years ago.  They didn&#039;t give me the choice of a local; my bottom molars were impacted and too close to major nerves to risk me suddenly jerking while they were digging them out.  I don&#039;t really remember how my recovery went, so it couldn&#039;t have been too bad.</description>
